Home, Sweet Home!

It's good to be home! Josa and I missed our son Natan, our daughter-in-law Liat, and our grandson Aviad. Eighteen and a half weeks is too long to be away. Aviad was two months old when we left. Now he has grown to be almost seven months old.

We thank you for praying for us during our long speaking tour (twenty-five airline flights and nineteen different beds). Please continue to lift us up in prayer as we complete our 40th year in Israel. As you know, these are difficult times for all the residents of Israel.

We've almost recovered from jet lag, and have begun to get ourselves organized and to return to the Israeli lifestyle to which we are accustomed. We had the stove for our heating system repaired, got our 1978 van relicensed and back on the road, bought groceries, checked our post office box, picked up a few Israeli shekels from our bank, paid some bills, and exchanged our old gas masks for the newer model. We even found time to join Randall and Margret Buth on a Sabbath eve visit to the beach in Tel-Aviv.
